Over the last 2 years TCG have researched and developed a solution for the growing plastic waste problem created by the onset of single use disposable curtains. The curtains are used extensivley in hospitals, clinics, health centre's and doctors surgeries for the protection and privacy of patients and are made of polypropylene (Spunwoven) plastic.
TCG has improved its plastic resource recovery position by adding the option to use Curtainmelt for the recycling of infected waste curtains too.
The addition of 'clinical waste treatment' allows hospitals to bring back control of their own waste. However, Regulatory Treatment Permits will need to be obtained in order to compliantly process any form of clinical waste. TCG can talk you through and assist in this process.
